I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Hostal Valle Hermoso. The lovely decor and cozy common areas made me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with easy access to all facilities and no stairs to climb. It was just perfect for me and my needs as a senior traveler.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be helpful if the staff at Hostal Valle Hermoso could provide more assistance and guidance throughout the stay. Sometimes the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed or disinterested, and as a senior traveler, I would appreciate a little more attention and support.

The rooms in Hostal Valle Hermoso are cozy and comfortable. They have a homey feel that makes you instantly relaxed. I loved the private bathroom option as it gave me the privacy I needed during my stay. The TV with cable channels was a bonus, allowing me to unwind after a busy day.
Some may find the shared bathroom a bit inconvenient, but for me, having the option for a private one made up for it.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were well-maintained and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the staff members, aside from the owner, were friendly and helpful, making my experience more pleasant. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near the bus station, allowing for easy transportation.
My experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the lack of security was concerning, as there were no lockers provided and the dorm key was left unattended at the front desk.

Comfortable and private triple room with no bunk beds. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot.- Well-equipped kitchen for cooking
Bathrooms were cramped and often lacked toilet paper. No great area to sit and relax.

Pro: I loved feeling like I was in the wilderness with all that diverse wildlife around me. The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were just the cherry on top. Con: It's not everyday you go to a hotel and forget what soap and toilet paper are, but hey, it's all part of the adventure, right?

the place was clean and had plenty of bathrooms, and even the shared room i stayed in was spacious. the best part was the delicious cake they served for breakfast. the hostel also offered tours and had a lot of helpful information available. the staff, including the ladies at the reception and the travel agency, were incredibly nice. they were always available with a 24-hour reception and helped me out when i needed a doctor for my friend and arranged transportation for another trip. overall, it was a great place to rest and the staff made my stay even better. cons: nothing, it is perfect! 🌟.

As low-budget travelers, we absolutely loved the comfort and privacy of our private triple room with no bunk beds. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The wifi on the main floor was excellent, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking.
We felt welcomed into the family and had no reason to complain.
